Founded by its core management team in 2001 and formerly known as Orbis Capital Limited, we are now part of the Excalibur Group, an international integrated fund management and corporate finance business specialising in the medical sciences sector. As part of the Excalibur Group, Excalibur Capital has a unique position within the medical sciences sector and its dedicated medical science team is the leading corporate finance advisory specialists for private companies in this sector.

Our Structured Finance team provides a broad range of advisory services to companies, funds and financial institutions that are facing complex financial challenges. Using a broad base of financial and analytical skills we have designed and executed a wide range of solution driven transactions for our customers including asset-backed securitisations, the development of insurance vehicles, the financing of large ticket transactions and the use of credit enhancement for funded and non-funded transactions. We have advised on transactions in a broad array of asset classes and on the development of tailor-made solutions for large defence contractors dealing with offset liabilities.
